Our refund policy includes:

• The customer will be eligible for a refund up to two days from the arrival of the product to the customer, on condition that:

  • The product has not been harmed.

  • Contains its original state.

  • Has not been used.

  • The customer holds a valid proof of the receipt.

  • The product is still in his original package.

• The refund will not include any shipping fees.

• The refund will be deducted by a 5 % or 100 NIS (the lower of the two) according to the Consumer Law.

• Products on sale will not be eligible for a refund.

• Products that were custom made are not eligible for a refund.
